By booking an appointment or availing services at Safewhite Dental Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
2. Consultation and Treatment
All treatment plans will be explained clearly during consultation.
Patients are encouraged to ask questions and fully understand the procedures and costs before proceeding.
Informed consent is required for all treatments.
Doctor prescription in Safewhite Dental Clinic and Implant Center are valid for 28 days from the date they are signed by the doctor. No extra consultation charge will be levied for the period upto 28 days from the date of primary consultation for showing test reports or follow ups prescribed by the doctor in Safewhite Dental Clinic OPD.
3. Fees and Payment
Treatment costs will be shared in advance whenever possible.
Full payment is required upon completion of each session unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, UPI, and other standard payment methods.
4. Medical History and Disclosure
Accurate disclosure of your medical and dental history is essential for safe treatment.
Safewhite Dental Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from withheld or incorrect information.
5. Emergency Services
Emergency appointments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
For life-threatening emergencies, please contact local emergency services immediately
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with applicable data protection laws (including the IT Act and its rules in India).
Patient information is kept confidential and used only for treatment and administrative purposes.
We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability
While we strive for the highest standards of care, Safewhite Dental Clinic is not liable for unforeseen reactions or results beyond reasonable control.
Patients are responsible for following post-treatment care instructions.
8. Changes to Terms
Terms and policies may be updated periodically.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
